I wanted to write to you to say how impressed I am with your products.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I had a terrible rodent infestation in an entire side of my house.\u00a0 We<\/em><\/p>\n

had had a pest service come in to rid the house of pests, and I had also<\/em><\/p>\n

been mitigating all points of entry rodents were taking advantage of as<\/em><\/p>\n

they came out of the cold from the surrounding forest, and build nests<\/em><\/p>\n

for the winter.\u00a0 I discovered the location of the nest by the odor of<\/em><\/p>\n

what smelled like old garbage coming from my 4 year old son’s bedroom<\/em><\/p>\n

wall and also an overpowering smell of urine coming from the basement<\/em><\/p>\n

play room directly underneath his room. After identifying the location<\/em><\/p>\n

of the smell, I completed demolition on a 20 foot by 15 foot area of the<\/em><\/p>\n

exterior wall of my house.\u00a0 As I had suspected, there was significant<\/em><\/p>\n

rodent damage.<\/em><\/p>\n

The condition of the wall was horrific: the insulation was all eaten<\/em><\/p>\n

away, and there were enormous rodent nests.\u00a0 The worst part was there<\/em><\/p>\n

was so much feces and urine that combined with the contents of the nest,<\/em><\/p>\n

insects and bio-matter from decayed rodents, it had all permeated the<\/em><\/p>\n

sheathing, sheet rock, studs, joists, and concrete foundation from the<\/em><\/p>\n

second floor all the way to the sill plate and foundation.<\/em><\/p>\n

After clearing out all the debris, and pounds of rodent feces and<\/em><\/p>\n

desiccated remains in the basement ceiling,\u00a0 I spent an entire week,<\/em><\/p>\n

after removing all the exterior sheathing of the effected wall, and<\/em><\/p>\n

leaving the wall exposed to the outside drying out the studs, and<\/em><\/p>\n

cleaning it with industrial grade, scented disinfectant.\u00a0 After<\/em><\/p>\n

replacing the sheathing that was rotting from the urine, and treating<\/em><\/p>\n

everything I could, multiple times, with disinfectant, I discovered that<\/em><\/p>\n

after sealing it all up I still had a phantom smell of the nest and<\/em><\/p>\n

urine.\u00a0 It wasn’t as bad, but it was obviously the same smell,<\/em><\/p>\n

especially when there was an increase in humidity and the house was<\/em><\/p>\n

closed up, especially my son’s room.<\/em><\/p>\n

Out of desperation I began searching the Internet for answers.\u00a0 I came<\/em><\/p>\n

across Earth Care products when I typed in “how to get rid of dead<\/em><\/p>\n

rodent stink”, and was encouraged when I saw that your products were<\/em><\/p>\n

non-toxic, especially having three kids all 5 and under.<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em><\/p>\n

I bought three bags and placed them in the large basement room where the<\/em><\/p>\n

urine smell was the most overwhelming. \u00a0In just one day the smell had<\/em><\/p>\n

decreased by at least half.\u00a0 The second day the small was almost<\/em><\/p>\n

impossible to discern.\u00a0 By the third day there was no trace. It was<\/em><\/p>\n

incredible!\u00a0 What was so amazing was that they didn’t need to come in<\/em><\/p>\n

contact with the effected area, just be near it.\u00a0 That was key, since I<\/em><\/p>\n

had already sealed it up.<\/em><\/p>\n

This product is amazing.\u00a0 Despite having done my best to improve the air<\/em><\/p>\n

quality of my home, apart from burning the house down and starting over,<\/em><\/p>\n

I have a significant peace of mind knowing my children are not breathing<\/em><\/p>\n

that wretched air from a rodent’s nest. I am ordering more bags for the<\/em><\/p>\n
